Alameda Canvas is a family-owned custom marine canvas fabrication shop located in Ballena Bay on the island of Alameda, California. We create durable custom marine fabric products designed to complement your boat and the way you use it. 

Our specialty is top-quality exterior marine canvas work, including powerboat enclosures, bimini tops, sailboat dodgers, covers of all sorts, marine awnings, screens, and exterior carpets. We also do repairs and factory warranty work.

We provide personalized service to dealers, brokers, and owners who require innovative design, the best materials, and careful, detailed craftsmanship for their canvas projects.

All work is custom fabricated right here in our shop to your specifications. We take the time to understand your specific needs so we can ensure that no detail is overlooked in the design and construction of your canvas product.

We are 4th generation boat owners & craftsmen, also with a background in industrial fabrics. Our on-the-water experience and solid designs assure you of good-value products you can be proud of and enjoy using for years to come. "No Ugly Boats".... that's our goal!

We will then deliver as promised. We will not take short cuts with your work, and there will never be a hidden cost. If you have any concerns about your canvas product or service we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

Estimates
We are happy to provide a free, customized, no-obligation estimate after our consultation with you. The estimate is valid for thirty days from the original quote date. 

Craftsmanship
We stand behind our workmanship, using the best technique for each job. Workmanship is guaranteed for 2 years from date of installation.

We are members of the Marine Fabricators Association, a division of the  Industrial Fabrics Association International (IFAI), which works to establish standards of excellence for business practices, products  and craftsmanship in our profession. We are dedicated to continual improvement and mastery of the best of techniques, both old and new.
