Canvas Repairs

We will do everything possible to save you money and get the full value from your existing investment.  A good approach is to let us get you through the season with a quick, cost-effective repair, then schedule more comprehensive replacement/upgrade work during the off-season. This will save you money and maximize your "on-the water" time. 

Critical storm damage and insurance work are handled with priority, but naturally, during peak season, non-critical repair work is completed as time permits.

The Process

There are often multiple options available when repairing canvas, and we can discuss them with you beforehand to ensure the finished result meets your needs. 

First we have to determine if your items are within their useful life span and can be repaired economically. We sometimes find that what seems to be a small failure is actually an early-warning sign of bigger issues. The fabric strength is tested first, then zippers, fasteners, and vinyl windows are also inspected. After the inspection of all items is complete, we can give you a recommendation and  estimate for repairs.
